Flix IPTV runs on Windows 10 and 11, no tweaks needed. Download the installer, run it, and you’ve got an IPTV player that takes a playlist URL and plays it.

M3U, Xtream Codes and EPG all work from the first launch. Channel list loads into the main window once you paste in your playlist URL, and you can drag entries into a proper order from there.
