Support And FAQs
This page is where we keep the questions we get asked over and over. Setup, activation codes, M3U playlists, which devices are supported, error messages, billing — most of it’s answered here, and in more detail than a support email would usually go into.
Start with the FAQs. If your question isn’t on the list, or the answer doesn’t quite fit your situation, the contact page is at the bottom and a real person reads every message.

Flix IPTV is a streaming app that lets you watch live TV channels, movies and series using M3U or Xtream playlists on your favourite device.
It works on Smart TVs, Firestick, Android, iOS and PC, giving you one simple place to enjoy all your IPTV content in high quality.
Installation depends on your device — Smart TV users can grab it from the app store, while Firestick and Android users can sideload the APK.
Visit our Installation Guides page to find a step-by-step tutorial written specifically for your Samsung, LG, Firestick, Roku or Android device.
You can add a playlist by uploading an M3U file, pasting an M3U URL or entering Xtream Codes login details directly inside the app.
Head to our Add Playlist guide for the full step-by-step process, including screenshots and tips to avoid the most common mistakes.
Most playlist issues come down to an expired subscription, a wrong URL or a temporary server outage from your IPTV provider.
Double-check the playlist link, refresh it inside the app, and contact your provider if the channels still fail to load after a restart.
Buffering is usually caused by slow internet, an overloaded server or a weak Wi-Fi signal between your router and streaming device.
Try restarting your router, switching to a wired connection or lowering the stream quality, and the issue should clear up quickly.
Flix IPTV runs on Samsung and LG Smart TVs, Amazon Firestick, Android phones and boxes, Sony TVs, Apple devices and Windows PCs.
If your device supports modern streaming apps, chances are Flix IPTV will work on it with the right installation method.
